Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changes / Cancellation:

  • Cancel Booking and Refund Process: You can cancel your E-Ticket by clicking on Cancel Bookings from Member Login. For Domestic Ticket Cancellation, call 24hrs prior & for International ticket cancellation, call 96hrs prior. Once you fly, partial refund may not be possible.
  • You cannot cancel your booking from your login id within 24hrs of flight departure.
  • Within 24 hrs cancellation contact directly airline toll free no or contact ATWHPL help center on +91 8866600800.
  • For no show refund you have to contact ATWHL help center within 24hrs of departure date otherwise you may not be eligible for any refund.
  • We can give refund amount after we receive from the airline.
 
Delays / Cancellation:
  • Flight timings are subject to change without prior notice. It is advisable to recheck directly with the Airline / ATWHPL Help Center 12hrs prior to departure of your flight, Then ATWHPL will not responsible for any changes in flights schedules or cancelations. Also check Departure terminal and Arrival Terminal.
  • If any flight is cancelled by the airline authority, Passenger is requested to get a stamped /endorsed copy of the ticket to process the full refund and contact us for any new option provide from the airline or other new option.
  • ATWHPL will not be responsible if there is any cancellation from airline side or if there is any mis-connection of onward flight due to delay.

Refund Policy
  • Airline refunds will only be processed, once airline refunds the same and all charges will be deducted as per airlines cancellation charges.  A management fees (as per communication at the time of booking of flight tickets) also will be deducted from the refund received from airlines.
  • Holiday packages refunds will be as per the policy of particular package. eg. fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable. It will be clearly mentioned in each and every package details.
  • If the refunds are eligible, then ATWHPL reserves the right to hold and process in next 14 days of payment received from airlines/hotel/holiday supplier.  Once it's cleared from accounts team, it will get processed after deducting management/conveyance fees case to case.
  • Payments will only be processed online, and for getting same refunds client needs to submit the bank details, PAN Card and communication address proof as per regulations for processing the refunds.
  • Refund will be processed only in the name of traveller/Company Name as per ATWHPL policy.
